While using our website with Facebook Login, we may collect personally identifiable information that is already associated with your Facebook account, which may include, but is not limited to: User name, First name and last name, Gender, IP address, Time zone.

Data is collected automatically when using the website with Facebook Login. As the website / e-service is the only official portal of public procurement in Georgia, we do use your personal data only for the Identity Verification, to track your actions. State Procurement Agency of Georgia (Agency) will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Agency will only use and share your Personal Data when the applicable law allows us to, where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) defined by the laws of Georgia and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests or where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

You can request to delete any Personal Data which we are holding about you by contacting us via email - info@procurement.gov.ge. We try to answer your request promptly where possible, and provide our response within the time period stated by applicable law of Georgia. The decision on the deletion of Personal Data will be made in accordance with the applicable law of Georgia. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
